90-Day Frame Warranty

We offer a 90 days frame warranty from the date you receive the eyeglasses. If there is any defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the product at no charge. But we're not responsible for man-made damage caused by breakage, falling down or improper care, etc.

90-Day Lens And Coating Warranty

We provide a 90-day warranty on our lenses and coatings. This includes our scratch guarantee. If there is scratch within 90 days from purchase, please contact our customer service and provide the picture of the glasses and your order number, and we will replace at no charge after the confirmation. Note: This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care.

Wrong Items or Damaged

If you receive the wrong items which are not what you ordered or the item is damaged when arrived, please contact us with a photo of the package and label which shows the order information. we will take full responsibility for this situation. Please contact us at your earliest convenience with your order number and photos of your package/items. We will arrange a replacement immediately or issue you a full refund.
